FACILITIES
Downstairs, there is a treatment room, which is used for IPL (Intense Pulse Light) treatments. This will provide treatment for permanent hair reduction, thread vein removal, and similar treatments.

On the first floor, there are 4 treatment rooms, each with a treatment couch, trolley, and stool. Hand washing facilities are available.

We are pleased to offer these rooms for rental to qualified therapists for full, or part time occupancy.
Occupants will have the benefit of a downstairs reception on weekdays (office hours only), and booking facilities, kitchen area! utility room and toilets.

SERVICES
Occupants will have the opportunity to benefit from combined advertising, and promotional & marketing activities for the mutual benefit of all.

RATES
The rates are for three 4 hour periods daily:
Morning: 9.00am till 1.00pm
Afternoon: 1.00pm till 5.00pm
Evening: 5.00pm till 9.00 pm

Full Day: £25.00
(Morning & Afternoon)
Morning Only: £15.00
Afternoon Only: £15.00
Evening Only: £12.00

The minimum rental period is one session per week, to be booked and paid for monthly in advance. For 5 or more sessions per week, a discount of 10% will apply. For full-time exclusive occupancy of a treatment room (3 sessions per day), the rate will be £450 per calendar month.

These rates are inclusive of heating, lighting, water rates, local business rates, and insurance for building and Clinic property.
